I am a certified Sleep Recovery teacher using Lisa Sanfilippo's established programme.
The Sleep Recovery course includes yoga-based tools and knowledge to help you feel better rested, improve your sleep quality and settle your nervous system.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher and gained my BWY Teaching Diploma 2002.
I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years in the Gatley and SK8 area and also in local Adult Education.
I love teaching yoga to people of all ages and abilities in my daytime sessions. I particularly enjoy teaching relaxation and stress-busting techniques, including mindfulness, which help to enhance a sense of wellbeing, and which I feel are so important right now.

The Zoom class is ideal if you want to join a sociable group session from the comfort and safety of your own home. I am happy to help you get started with Zoom, if you wish.
New members are welcome to both of these classes.They are suitable for all abilities and experience - also good for those wanting to try Yoga for the first time.

I have a growing library of recorded shorter sessions (20-30 minutes) for home practice.
